The staff provided conflicting information on several occasions. Initially, I was told that I could pay for breakfast at check-out. However, as soon as I got up from the table, a staff member approached me in a very suspicious manner to collect the payment, seemingly assuming that I was not going to pay. Even after I explained that I would settle the bill at check-out, as previously agreed, she insisted that I pay immediately. On another occasion, I requested dinner through room service, which had been offered to me during check-in (there is even a menu shared via WhatsApp). I had also seen other guests ordering room service. However, when I made my request, I was told that I could only order at the restaurant. Given how frequently these incidents occurred, I was left with the impression that this treatment was personal and directed specifically at me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
