The breakfast range, quality & variety was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh Mlewi every morning at breakfast time. The head chef Maher, always making sure that everything was running smoothly in the main restaurant & that the quality was consistently good. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Ons from Guest Relations was fantastic as she checked up on us daily!

I wish the bed were more comfortable, like those in other luxury hotels.

Liked the restaurant on the beach, the actual beach area. The little coffee bar. Buffet restaurant was nice. Guest relations manager.

Very big, had issues with the lifeguard in the relax pool. Crazy guy, upset me over trying to book daybeds through the app. He’s very grumpy and spends most of his day scowling or blowing his whistle. Side note, turn the relax pool into an adults pool and then you won’t have issues re noise. Felt I was rail roaded into signing a document at the end of my stay that I was happy regarding resolving my issues with a late check out. Well not entirely no. Hotel is too vast which isn’t great for customer journey.
