Everything was great. We rolled in about 8 pm and had a nice clean room within minutes. The lady at the desk was nice and even had a smile that late at night. The breakfast the next day was good also.
The only issue we had was the faucet for the tub was loose which made it a little difficult to use and the tub drain was draining very slowly. We did tell them about it at checkout. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means.

The night time staff was when we checked in was absolutely wonderful and very helpful!
When I accessed my initial room, it was not what I had booked. I booked 2 queen beds with a pull out couch as I had 4 children with me. The room we were initially given only had 2 queen beds. Had this not been quickly corrected by the night staff 2 people would not have had anywhere to sleep. Thankfully, there happened to be an empty room like the one I booked that someone else had not yet checked in to.
