Beautiful little balcony with outside kitchen, in a good location to explore Lipari and head out to the rest of the island. Facilities were clean. Maria Grazia, the caretaker who welcomes guests, is kind and professional. View is not fully spectacular, but nice all the same: you can see the green flanks of the hills in the centre of the island from our balcony.

The room really only works well when the weather is nice out. If it is cold or rainy, you may not want to be out on the balcony, but the kitchen is there. If you are constrained to only being in the room, the room will feel small: it is effectively just a square room that fits a two-person bed, and little else. Furthermore, they have placed the fridge inside the room (probably because you would not want to keep it outside during winter), but the fridge is quite noisy and sets less than a meter away from your bed. So these rooms would be less ideal in winter, I think.

chambre a l italienne avec petit balcon, plage a 3 minutes a pied, bouilloire, pas loin du centre et des supermarches Marie a ete tres disponible a tous moments et s est chargée du bagage pour les escaliers.Il y a un jardin a l arrière pour se détendre. il y a également un coffre pour les objets personnels

Je pense qu il y avait un probleme de frigo, ce que j’ ai mentionne a mon depart

Il monolocale è permetto per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi, la cucina nel portico all'aperto è la parte migliore secondo me. Menzione speciale per il gestore - accogliente, disponibilissima e molto precisa - e per il giardino ben curato con un gelsomino notturno che inebriava la mente

Accogliente e perfetta per brevi notti.
