The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the lighthouse. The setting is beautiful, with plenty of plants and greenery around the premises. It’s an old, charming house, and the warm, welcoming family hosting you makes the stay feel truly homely.
We found cockroaches on the bed and around the room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably on our first night. The family was responsive and helpful—they provided a spray and thoroughly cleaned the room again the next day to address the issue.

Lovely, clean room with a nice hot water shower set in a gorgeous old building, full of character. With a peaceful veranda to relax on in a very pretty garden area it was a pleasure to stay here. The location was brilliant in the centre of the beautiful Galle fort. Amazing, friendly hosts and the breakfast was very good, would highly recommend 😊

The colonial old world ambiance of the place. homely food, although costly. The location
The room was small. Lighting was not proper. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom was not fixed properly very crude. Early morning the water in the tap stopped
