Beds were really hard - Staff needs to smile more - but overall excellent experience

In a peaceful setting in the mountains. Lovely big room and great breakfast. The spa area was lovely and so were the staff in there.

It was an alcohol free hotel. The games room was dusty and had lots of flies in it. It got expensive to get to the town by cab / cable car

The location. Although far from thee downtown but the jungle location was fabulous. Size of the room was good.

The staff were poorly trained and not very friendly. The reception staff flatly denied helping us with our bags even though I am a senior of 76 years age with walking issues. Probably the restaurant staff, where we had breakfast, were slightly better. The TV did not work all the 3 days we stayed there and that inspite of many complaints and frequent visits by their technicians. The property was too expensive for such poor quality. Shockingly it is a Best Western brand hotel. On the last day a fruit platter was sent over because we complained to the Management. But that was hardly a compensation for our disappointment.
