The cottage has three bedrooms, one double, one single and one family room with a double and single bed. There is also a second floor attic room with an additional futon bed, a family bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner and a conservatory. Outside is a patio and a stunning garden, with water lilies bobbing on the pond surface, a stream and an orchard. There is also off road parking for four cars and the delights of Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park are only a short distance away. Pringles Orchard is perfect for family holidays and breaks with friends. Note: This property only accepts a minimum of 2-night stays. Featured in the Domesday Book, the village has links to Saxon times and the local church bears testament to this. The 'Devil Stone' stands outside the church and is the subject of many local legends. Carlton-in-Lindrick had a bike making and repairing business, built up by Mr Fred Hanstock, which eventually became Carlton Cycles until it was taken over by Raleigh. The village is a wonderful base for exploring the surrounding countryside, situated a short drive from the Peak District National Park and less than half an hour from Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park.
