The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has bikes to rent. A great way to explore the city. There is a shopping centre across the street and a pub a block away. Initially, I thought the hotel was far from the city centre but is well connected by local buses.
I did not get a great welcome on arrival at 10 PM. The front of the building is closed off due to renovations and is unlit. The temporary entrance is around the back via the restaurant terrace. I would have appreciated a heads up before arriving.

You get what you pay for. All the basics are there. Nothing fancy.
