Yoshi
Yoshi was very friendly and kind. He helped us carry our heavy suitcases up to the room, and down to our car.

Yoshi-san is a great host. There's onsen in the property which is nice after walking all day.

The hotel was in a quiet area of the north side of the lake with views of mt Fuji. It’s well position for walks around the north shore and near by temples and waterfalls
If I had to be picky, I would say it was a little dated but that’s being picky - I didn’t spent a lot of time there as I was hiking and exploring

We had a lovely time. The host’s hospitality was unmatched to any hotel I have ever been. Him and his family were so kind and thoughtful in everything they do!
The hotel and the surrounding area is very peaceful! The hotel has two onsen rooms, a hot tub room with a view of Fuji and a sauna! Everything you need to relax.
