Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area! The rooms were very clean and I like how they had their cleaning room service done.
The rooms are extremely chic and updated. You can tell they put a lot of hard work into their business

Beautiful grounds, good location, amazing staff! Easy contactless check-in, accommodating to our requests (leaving windows cracked to air out the room ahead of our arrival, borrowed a bottle opener), breakfast was offered in an airy, open space and trays available to bring back to the room for those who preferred not to eat on site.
Only one small dislike - the room only had single ply toilet paper. A slight upgrade to a better quality option would have been nice at the price point for the room.

Nothing special. Plain bagels. Cream cheese and p-nut butter in squeeze packet. Location in garage.
TV reception intermittent and often pixelating. Bed height difficult for short people to get into. Mattress a bit lumpy. Ice only available in the office which had limited hours. Lots of junk in back yard. Property still a work in progress. Over priced.
