From the very first contact, everything was wonderful. The communication before our arrival, the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the entire team, and especially the warm hospitality of Hristo made our stay truly special. My two sons and I had a beautiful, spacious room with three comfortable beds, perfectly prepared for us. The absolute highlight was the lovely welcome board on our door with each of our first names written on it. Such a thoughtful and personal gesture! It is these little details that make a place unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Hristo and his wonderful team for their genuine hospitality. We felt welcome from the very first moment and would love to return!

Nothing on your end. Parking and access could be easier but that is related to old city.

In the heart of the Old Town, close to all attractions, museums, and the main street. It is just a 5-10 minute pleasant walk to "Kapana," where you can find plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. The old house is charming and beautifully decorated with typical furniture from the 19th century - you feel like you are in a fairy tale. A warm welcome from the host, who kindly helped us park next to the hotel! The homemade lemonade and wine tasting were excellent bonuses during our stay and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Nice, spacious and well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Everything was perfect !

Hristo was very kind, helpful and polite. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the Old Town. Parking is available near the hotel, FOC, which is great. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. There’s a selection of fresh cheese, deli meat, salads, etc. The hotel is also dog friendly.

Unfortunately for us it was very noisy at night. Hotel guests were very loud during the early hours. It was a Friday night, so maybe this was bad luck on our part. We also found the bed uncomfortable. The pillows were not comfy and the bedding was too heavy for this time of year. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well. But considering all the other positive reviews, maybe we just had bad luck.
