Location was great
Very Family Friendly
The fridge in kitchen is quite old and did not work very well.
Kettle in kitchen would not turn off when boiling water and became very hot to touch. You needed a cloth to not burn your hands

Lovely villa with all that one could wish for. Spacious for us four (a bedroom each). Fabulous aircon in the bedrooms once we worked it out! Very helpful agent. Lovely clean pool. Quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. Also close to Binibeca Vell for a visit. Recommend a hire car, and a trip to Fornells and Ciutadella. Great food and beach at Punta Prima too 😎
Not within the owner’s control, but be aware that the flightpath to the airport is sometimes overhead by day. Didn’t bother those of us from cities, but the others from rural areas found it stopped conversation each time!
