Great location, Modern and clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff
Shower in a separate room was weird. Room lighting had a timer and kept getting switched every half an hour or so- that design idea makes zero sense

Spacious, close to everything

Genuinely blown away. Room was stunning, clean, plenty of space and the shower was amazing. A real treat to have a proper duvet and comfortable bed which is never a guarantee in Greece! Breakfast was also really good. Much better than a buffet. Staff were very friendly. Attached pizza restaurant also amazing. We were into staying a night to catch an early flight out of Heraklion airport, but we’ll be back.
AC didn’t go as cold as I might have liked I suppose. We stayed on Saturday night so the road outside was quite busy quite late, but that’s more on the location which we wouldn’t have sacrificed anyway.

Rooms to crowded, no water in shower, too many switches, to much tech that does not work,
