We chose here to stay as a stopover on our journey to Devon. It is a little off way off the motorway, but Google Maps took us straight there and it was (as we wished for) a very peaceful rural location. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the dinner and breakfast we had were most enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending it as a place to stay, with good parking also available.
We had no complaints about our stay here

Great breakfast. Close to Basingstoke comfortable beds and pillows
Room had no air conditioning and just a small, and extremely noisy, fan. Other rooms had portable air con as we saw the pipes out of the window but even in the hot weather we didn't and we weren't offered anything
