The location was perfect for a quick visit to Athens. Everything was within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!

The music and noise from downstairs were a little disturbing at times, but luckily it stopped before bedtime.

Perfect location, we walked to the meeting point of the two tours we took. Nice breakfast, plenty of options. Our hosts Angel and Carolina and their staff were so friendly and helpful. Though we were on a busy somewhat noisy street you could not hear any of that noise in the room. We had the balcony room and loved it! Plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

We were very disappointed with this place. First of all, this is not really a hotel. We were given a room/apartment in a separate building away from the main property and bar area. If we had wanted to rent an apartment, we could have found much better options — but this was presented and priced more like a hotel experience. In reality, there are basically no hotel services at all. We had to manually turn on the boiler and wait about an hour every time we wanted hot water for a shower. Towels were not replaced, the carpet had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was poor. There wasn’t even a TV in the bedroom. The whole experience felt misleading, especially because we compared this property to actual hotels when deciding where to stay. I honestly do not understand the high Booking score — maybe people were impressed by the Psiri neighborhood itself, which is indeed lovely, but certainly not by the apartment we received. At the end of the day, this is just a room in the neighborhood, not a real hotel experience.
