The just went out of her way to accommodate us following late flight cancellations due to ant Etna activity. The access was in a lovely Location near the port and provided us a glimpse of teal a Captain which was terrific!

No issues

Very clean and pleasant house in the center of Catania. There is everything you need: a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, etc. This place offers excellent value for money! Contact with Paola is extraordinary. She is very responsive, caring and helpful (you will get recommendations not only for restaurants/bars in Catania, but also for day trips to Etna and nearby cities). I travel very often, but I have never met such a lovely and friendly hostess. It is also worth mentioning that the next guests were not supposed to arrive until the evening, and Paola allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after the official check-out.
