The Artist's Home Catania Centro

The position was very central. The room was big and very clean

Everything was perfect

Location

The room could be more practical for three people. It would have been very helpful to have a mirror with a small table and a chair or stool, so we could sit down and do our makeup comfortably. We also needed a larger refrigerator and more space to put our personal belongings, as there wasn’t enough space for three people.

Great localization and very helpful personel.

The location was excellent. Bedroom was comfortable and quite roomy

We had no breakfast included but we should have had a coffee machine which we didn't see anywhere. We had a kettle but no coffee or tea or sugar sachets. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Water in shower remains in shower tray and we needed to flush the toilet many times for the water in the shower tray to go down. Never had this experience before. 1toilet paper roll for 3 people for 4 days. We had to leave a note to get just 1 more. Towels were NEVER changed. We left another note to leave us clean towels but no one came in room. Bins only emptied once. Quite often a VERY bad disgusting smell emerged from the bathroom.
