Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the location, the wonderful staff, everything about it. I hesitate giving such glorious reviews as I don’t want it to become too popular. We have extended family (26 people) at Colony Reef every year and they all keep coming back. That should say it all. Keep up the great work!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo--very comfortable. The amenities were lovely with indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball hoop, etc. Staff was responsive: our outdoor electric grill wasn't working and they replaced it immediately.

Everything exactly as listed. Good location and nice place.

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched. On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.
