What I liked most about the property was the excellent service provided by all the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the facilities and Security staff, was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It is quite old and should be replaced or upgraded. The shower design caused water to spill all over the bathroom floor while showering, making it inconvenient. Improving the shower would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel has alot of restaurants and Supermarket. Very spacious and good value for money

Although the location was nice, but the hotel itself needs renovation.
Poorly lit rooms, not enough light in rooms. Washrooms were old. The staff was stingy, whenever we asked for any room amenities like sugar sachets, they'd tell us they've already given 6 sachets for the day. Towel had branding of some other hotel.
The prayer mat given was torn and in a bad condition.
