The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom. All the food was delicious, whether that was breakfast, lunch or evening meal.

Parking was a problem .
The car park didn’t give a ticket and when I tried to get a receipt non were available on line .
Not the fault of the hotel but it states clearly that parking is available that’s why I booked it. This needs updating on booking. Com
Apart from that fabulous hotel.

The room was nice and very nice large bathroom. Overall surroundings were nice and the bar and restaurant area and bedrooms are well furnished
The noise and the heat in our bedroom. We were above the bar and it was noisy at night and it was very hot with room temp control doing nothing at all. Lamb was inedible and my husband sent back and only had that meal taken off the bill and had to pay for a replacement meal. No offer of anything like a coffee or drink or anything since it completely marred our experience. Expensive and not worth the money. Two scallops were £15
