Best Western Tbilisi City Center

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Best Western on 92 Barnov street in Tbilisi. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and efficient, making both check-in and check-out seamless. Natia was very helpful , professional and friendly. Helped us with every need we had !Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh, delicious options, and the hotel's central location made it very easy to explore nearby attractions and use public transport. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I stay in BW quite frequently, I like the hospitality of the staff and their readiness to help immediately! After long flights I arrive a early in the morning and the lady at reception was super kind to check me in and I am grateful to her 🙏🙏

I liked the work of the stuff. Actually the front desk. It was very nice and polite. Moreover, i enjoied the neighbourhood: i really like this location: not far from the bus stops and good breackfast places.

I didn't realize, because it was just one night. May be I'd like to have robe and paper tissues. But that just me.

I was charged exorbitant rate.... I stayed for a single day as i had paid and did not know the hotel... I have stayed in Best western at quite a few places.. But this was absolute dis appointment... Especially when you are charged 125 $ for one day..... Useless

Exorbitant cost.... For 125 $ a night, the room size and all facilities were too less...
