From the moment we booked this resort as a last-minute detour, the experience was exceptional. Communication from the staff was outstanding, particularly Ming, who went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful room with a stunning view. The resort photos simply do not do it justice—it is even more impressive in real life. The grounds and facilities are immaculate, the pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy for both couples and families. The dining experience was another highlight. The restaurants were clean and welcoming, and the food was, without question, the best we have had during our time in Vietnam. Rainbow Wings Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere and views are truly breathtaking. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible service. We were so in awe of the resort when we left that we accidentally left our passports and wallets locked in the room safe. Ming immediately came to our rescue, organising a driver to deliver them to the airport and saving us from what could have been a very stressful situation. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff was second to none. If I could give this resort a rating higher than 10/10, I absolutely would. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.
