Hotel Santo Cerro Natural Park

I felt pampered or taken care of by a loving mother. We got inside the tub in the evening and were the only ones but came to check what they can do for us. I thought it was late but they said it wasn't a problem and turned the bubbles on and the lights. Amazing. Good breakfast! Oh and the view where you and and also where the pool/tub is ... WOW.

The property sits atop the eastern side of the Santo Cerro hill. The access road is very well paved. It is a pet-friendly property and serves complimentary hot breakfast (scrambled or fried eggs, sausage, smashed green plantains and fruit of the season). It has a restaurant with a wide range of delicious dishes. I enjoyed the fettuccine in pesto sauce for dinner. The views from the restaurant terrace are breathtaking. With help from Don Nicolas, the owner, we could identify several cities and towns of the Cibao Valley. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The room was in an optimal condition, very clean. It had an air conditioner, a fan, hot water and a mini fridge. This outstanding property’s greatest assets are its prime location, stunning terrace views, and the incredible hospitality of Don Nicolas, his family, and the staff.

Fantastyczny, bardzo miły personel, który powinien byc wzorem dla wszystkich innych obiektów w Dominikanie. Bardzo ładne widoki z części restauracyjnej, ładny dobrze utrzymany ogród. Bardzo dobre pierwsze śniadanie (po pierwszej nocy)

Niezbyt czysty pokoj, a dodatkowo Bardzo trudno samodzielnie utrzymać czystość - brakuje wieszaków na reczniki miejsca do składowania swoich rzeczy. Woda tylko zimna. Lodówka nie działa, zlew w aneksie kuchennym bardzo źle utrzymany. Warunki bardziej jak w bungalow na campingu niż w hotelu. Bardzo słabe śniadanie po drugiej nocy 😞 Na zdjęciach obiekt wygląda jak wysokiej klasy hotel. W rzeczywistości jak camping.
