Beautiful Mamitas Village Condo A 203

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was excellent. We have visited Playa many times over the years and always choose condos over resorts, and this was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. It was within a short walking distance of 5th Avenue and Mamita’s Beach, while still being surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We both work from home, so having a quiet space where we weren’t disturbed during the day or kept up at night was a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our three-week stay very comfortable. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The pictures accurately represent the condo, and everything was just as described. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is on the second floor, so just be prepared to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs when you arrive. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something to be aware of, especially if you have heavy luggage. The pool is also located directly below the unit and isn’t particularly inviting or luxurious. That said, this wasn’t a big deal for us because the beach is just steps away, and we preferred spending our time there anyway. Overall, neither of these things negatively impacted our stay.

La ubicación buena , el departamento me pareció bien para llegar a descansar y dormir después de los tours del día, me encanto que tiene lavadora-secadora me ayudo mucho para mi familia y dos baños (excelente).

El estacionamiento muy estrecho en su entrada-salida, la alberca muy pequeña.

The unit is beautiful! It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a very large living area. The only issue we had was in finding the unit because there is no sign on the building to indicate it is Mamisita's Village. Be sure to arrange to meet someone when you arrive.
