Location is convenient. Friendly lobby services.

For a twin room, for family of 5. There are 2 wash basins with lot of changing room along with a separate bath area, but there are shower curtains. So when one person is using a lot of area just becomes inaccessible to others. Covering for bath area will be highly advantageous.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone coming to Kyoto! We were all brought to tears by the lovely workers who even upgraded us to the best room! Genuinely have never had such great hospitality and service ever at a hotel like this one here! The room was very perfectly sized for a group, had great aircon and a big bathroom!! Also had a very nice rooftop area you could use at any time! 100% coming back here on our next kyoto visit!

Location was fantastic. The shower was terrific. Staff were extremely friendly and communicated very well. Mattresses weren’t especially soft but we were still able to sleep well on them.

The multiple levels in the room didn’t add much and just felt irritating. Didn’t like the Japanese style chairs on the ground and really just wanted someplace to sit.
