Pool hours are horrible

The pool and beach were fabulous!! The room was spacious! Nice big bathroom! The view was beautiful!! Check in time of 4pm was delayed several hours but overall the stay was wonderful! Love the hotel!! Definitely, would stay there again!!

Great location, amazing views, great resort. I see complaints about the bathroom, get over yourselves, it's beautiful, everything you need with a host available within minutes.

your nightly fee can be justified if you decide that the view is worth 90% and the actual condo 10%. This unit is tired and I suspect it will undergo a reno soon. The hotel staff are horribly trained for customer service. I called for Ice 3 days in a row and never got so much as a cube. Check in at peak times has one person working who is completely overwhelmed. Amazingly, the pool staff are wonderfull. The View from this unit is spectacular. The backyard of the hotel is spectacular. Drinks are wildly overpriced.
