Besides myself everyone else had never been to Miami so 8 out of 9 ... check in was ok one room wasn't ready till after 4 but had cabana set up for the day and one the rooms was ready when we arrived so we're able to change and go pool , one room had some trouble with towels and a bathroom door hotel gave them a credit they were happy . What the Hotel did for the kids on Easter weekend was amazing and we were not expecting anything .. Weather was amazing , the food was amazing we ate at every spot on property and service at the restaurants , pool and beach were above and Beyond . We also got surprised by My Son getting engaged it was a weekend we will never forget and we are gonna make this an annual Easter weekend with You guys every year ... thank you so much 😎
