Well situated for a visit to the falls.
The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Free parking
The property did not have a bar or restaurant but there were plenty of amenities nearby. The included breakfast was fine.

The brake fast was superb 👌
I like the quietness around me
If it had a lift to take up luggage
Would have preferred a microwave in the room

Location is near the Niagara Falls. There is enough space for free parking. Breakfast is good, lots of choices .
The coffee maker inside the room didn’t work . At least there is coffeee served with the complimentary breakfast. The floor carpet looks quite old and not too clean and room’s wall should be repainted.
