Great breakfast.
Appreciated the gluten free bread.
The bathroom to Terrance room is quite small but it is an old house so not too unexpected.

Loved the gardens !
I’m picky, I just noticed cobwebs in chandelier and ceiling fans.
Absolutely loved the food and our host🥰

Charming property
Could have done with tea and coffee in the bedroom and plugs for charging phones etc

Comfy bed and the decor and gardens were very nice.
The rooms are in need of a proper clean. We found a pair of socks in a bedroom side table and there was dust on pretty much everything.
At breakfast we had ants crawling on our table. See picture.
