Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-By the Falls by IHG

Great little place to stay for a couple of nights. Hotel room was spacious & clean. Staff were helpful and it was only a 5 minute walk to the falls. Lots of places to eat and drink around the area. Ideal location.

Located at center of restaurants

The shower was horrible with a trickle of water

Room space and cleanliness

Lobby carpet smell. Have old odr.

It very convenient and close to the tourist spots

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, but this was my first experience at a facility that didn’t have a trolley available for guests. When I asked the staff if we could use one, I was told that they might still be using it and that I should check the other floors myself. I understand that the trolley may have been in use, but I was disappointed that there wasn’t a more helpful alternative or assistance from the staff. Hopefully, the hotel can improve this service for future guests.
