. Staff were welcoming and friendly
No breakfast served at the hotel but a referral card with discount was given to a very expensive restaurant.

I really like the location of this hotel. Staff are great. Room options are good. Amenities are great. Value for the stay is very good. It's one of my favourite places to stay in Niagara Falls.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Although, it would be nice if we didn't have to pay extra for parking. But that's about it.

The parking situation was terrible. The cost was a rip off. And the Air conditioning did not work. That was wrong. Would never stay again.
