Bathroom shower had no soap. The eve was chilly...no extra blanket for bed plus could not turn heat up. seemed locked at 70F.
dirt around the patio door caked on. The patio door window was dirty looked like it hadnt been clean in years. Around the elevator visible dirt

Great Location, close to OLG stage/casino. Short walk to the falls and close to lots of restaurants. The room was clean (Except the carpet) and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and got us checked in early and even gave us a better room.
There was a musty smell in the hallways and the carpets were dirty (in hallway and rooms) and appeared to have water damage which was a tripping hazard in the hallway.
