Nossa noite foi péssima, sem ar condicionado, um calor insuportável…não entendo como um hotel 5 estrelas não tem um sistema de refrigeração adequada para os hóspedes dormirem. Quando eu reclamei nos trouxeram um único ventilador que nem ventilava adequadamente para refrigeração 3 pessoas, onde 1 estavam em ambiente separado. Não gostei de ter que pagar um valor alto para passar à noite se abanando.

Delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere, and friendly waiters and reception staff. This is the first time in my life I’ve seen that a bottle of water is not included in the room and costs 7 CHF. There was one bottle of water in the room when we arrived (was it welcome drink?!) but when we asked for it to be refilled, we were told that water is not included and that we would have to pay for it. And only thanks to the front office staff member who brought two bottles of water for free was the overall impression softened.

1. Poor housekeeping service Dear Management, during the high season you should consider hiring more housekeeping staff to address this issue. During our stay, we did not see housekeepers for two consecutive days. Please do not respond by saying there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign—we were not in the room for more than 5–6 hours during the day, which is more than enough time to clean a 55 m² room. 2. Wooden sticks instead of spoons Wooden sticks instead of proper spoons in a five-star hotel? Seriously? 3. Breakfast service issue At breakfast, there is an à la carte menu offering omelets and Eggs Benedict, but the waiters did not inform us about it or offer these options.
