The hotel has been completely renovated few years ago and offers a modern, clean, and tastefully minimalist design. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well equipped. A special mention goes to the staff, who were absolutely delightful, always smiling, and very helpful. They even assisted us in securing a reservation at an excellent restaurant, which we greatly appreciated. However, despite several previous reviews mentioning the issue, the sauna and hammam were still not functioning during our stay, which was disappointing. We also found it unfortunate that there was no coffee machine or kettle available in the junior suite for making tea or coffee. Overall, the hotel has many qualities, but management should pay closer attention to guest feedback, as the points mentioned above are exactly the same recurring negative comments found in previous reviews. Small details like these can make a significant difference to the guest experience.

This is not truly a 4*, rather a 3* hotel: no amenities in the room like coffee or tea pot, no minibar, no room service. The spa is not great quality, sauna and hammam both very high temperature without temperature indicator. The pool is insufficiently heated, it’s more of a normal pool than a pleasant, spa pool.
