About this villa rental
Welcome to Hilton Head Island and the fabulous Palmetto Dunes Resort. We sare pleased to share our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with you. It is one of the larger ones in St Andrews with all rooms on the same floor. It is a second floor unit .Enjoy meals and drinks on the wraparound deck of this peaceful, private villa. The living room is light and airy, with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows. Enjoy a movie or favorite television show on the 39' flat screen television, or spend some time reading or playing one of the games provided for your enjoyment. Free, secure high speed WIFI is included with your rental. There is a lovely dining area and an all stainless-steel, well appointed kitchen. You'll find fully stocked cupboards with new dishes and glassware, cookware and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience. The villa sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 37' flat screen television, and access to the wraparound deck. The master bathroom includes a shower and full sized bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, with ample closet and drawer space along with a 32' TV. Next to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The fifth bed is a murphy bed located in an alcove off the kitchen. The villa is professionally cleaned, inspected and ready upon your arrival. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all of our guests. The unit is smoke-free and pet-free to insure cleanliness and an allergy-free environment. Rental includes one parking pass. A second pass is available for a fee. With your guest pass, you will have driving and parking access to enjoy all areas of the Palmetto Dunes resort. Visit the beach, play tennis, pickle ball or golf, explore on bikes or take a leisurely walk. We have provided beach toys for your children and two bikes for adults to enjoy the miles of paved trails. From April 1 - September 30th, take advantage of the free shuttle service .. 'Dunes Buggy' will pick you up at the villa and take you to Shelter Cove or anywhere in the resort, including the beach. We are taking reservations for 2024 and look forward to sharing our 'Home away from Home' with you!

Great location and property, would stay there again

The Villa was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful with one minor issue that we had.
The furnishings were up-to-date and comfortable. The wrap-around porch/deck was comfortable and had a nice view of a pond and the golf course. It was within a very short walking distance to the pool.
The owners Jim and Ellen gave us a great list of items that would assist us during our stay.
We would certainly recommend this Villa.

Been going to HHI for 15+ years. This owner, and unit, one of the best of all time. Everything clean, organized, just as listed, and the owner EXTREMELY contentious about communicating pre-trip with all the information you will need.

Very well maintained condo less than 1 mile from beach in quiet neighborhood. Everything in condo unit was well maintained and the owner provided excellent instructions. Although we never had to call them, it was easily understood on how to reach the owner if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Rest, relax, cocktails, pool and beach…. Repeat! Perfect get away for girls get away and enjoy 40+years of friendship. The condo was just as described, and had everting we needed. Clean and great location!

As advertised, everything you need is in the property with the added bonus of bikes being provided for two adults. A few little beach toys also for small children also came in handy. Good location and perfect getaway for a family.

We had a fab stay, the apartment was really clean and Jim was a great host who communicated everything really clearly. The location is close to restaurants, shops and a short bike to the beach.
I would recommend a stay here.

Older property but well maintained, good upgrades, exceptionally equipped and excellent value. Great location for biking maybe a little less so for lots of time at beach. Offered a shuttle for beach trips but didn’t use since we were visiting family group with rental beach house in palmetto dunes. If family comes back to palmetto dunes next year, we will rent same villa if available.

This location is secluded and quiet within the Palmetto Dunes Resort area. We had a great time and enjoyed everything the area had to offer.

Wow …. this villa has absolutely everything a person needs to relax and take in the sights.
The kitchen is very well equipped (lots of ice trays - always appreciated).
We took advantage of the two bikes that the owner provided (we rented two additional ones). An easy way to get around the area. Great tennis and pickleball facilities within the community. Nice pool close to the villa. Terrific walking and bike paths between the community and shelter cove (a fun area with plenty of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants). So much to see and do …. and a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day.
The owner leaves a very informative package of information for renters and responds quickly to enquires.

We really enjoyed our time. Clean, comfortable, spacious, close to golf, biking, town and the beach. The unit is exactly as described. I would go again and recommend this unit.

Hilton Head is our absolute vacation spot! And this is our favorite property to stay at! Jim is easily accessible and helpful at anytime you need to get ahold of him. Next year will be our third time staying at this property! So clean, roomy and beautiful.

The decor is pleasant, bed and sofa were very comfy after our rounds of golf each day, location is great! Everything we needed was on hand. Check-in issues wasn't the fault of the owner and he helped us through it. Needs a deep clean though.

This was the second time we stayed at this wonderful villa as we vacationed here last year during the same week of September. I can only echo my previous positive comments regarding this property and the owner, Jim, in particular. The location in Palmetto Dunes is perfect; it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, the beach and bicycle riding paths. The villa itself is very spacious, well furnished, clean, well maintained and very quiet – very conducive to a relaxing vacation. Jim is a very proactive and responsive owner/host who takes a great deal of pride in his property. Similar to last year, Jim’s communication with us throughout the rental process was exceptional. We look forward to returning to Hilton Head Island and will definitely rent this villa from Jim again and highly recommend this property.

The place was just as described. It was quiet and pleasant. We were just looking for a place to relax and this place had what we needed. It was close to the beach and golf. The pool was nice and we enjoyed having bikes to ride.

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa! It was very spacious, great lighting with the sky lights, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great location. We could walk to the beach in 20 minutes, pool close by, and a short drive to restaurants. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions that we had. We recommend this place to a family looking for a getaway! We look forward to staying here again!

This is an excellent Villa and is exactly as advertised and previously reviewed by others. Jim is a very responsive and gracious host. The unit itself is very well equipped and bright and airy. We spent much time (when not walking, biking, and swimming ) on the beautiful wrap-around deck. We will be back!

Lovely villa in a great location, close to the beach, shopping, and bike trails. Comfortable seating for all of us in the living area, with the reading nook being our boys favorite spot. The pool was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The condo is spacious and in a great location. The dunes shuttle was convenient for transportation to both the beach and some restaurants. Would recommend!

Wonderful condo in cute community
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 and we loved being able to rent it for less than a week like many of the rentals on HHI are! The rental was well decorated and comfortable- with beautiful South Carolina foliage off the deck. The community was cute, and in a good location (relatively for not being right on the beach - everything was so close by bike or car tho!). With the two free bikes (plus we rented 3 kids bikes that were delivered to the bike rack outside), we could bike all around Palmetto Dunes including to the beach, the general store, and mini golf! Jim was a great communicator as well and very kind and helpful :)

Nice condo. Clean, comfortable beds, with well stocked kitchen. The access to resort amenities was a real bonus. Short drive or bike ride to the beach. Would stay again.

Immaculate and beautiful Villa
5 stars and above for this villa, great atmosphere and to top it off- owners thought of every detail to ensure your vacation is enjoyable within the home. Clean and serene even down to the pool area. We arrived a day early- Owner Jim arranged parking and updated us before we secured the extra day payment- provided open communication and was very responsive. We definitely will refer family and friends and look forward to booking further trips.

Wonderful!
Wonderful property! Family of 5 and we had plenty of room. Pool was close by and we used daily. This was our first visit to HHI and would stay in Palmetto Dunes again on a return trip. Loved driving down to the “Disney” beach in minutes. Jim was great with communication and we had the best time.

It is a beautiful space and the location was great for us - close to the beach and very close to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bikes and beach toys were really great. It was quiet and very comfortable. The owners sent along really helpful information and were very responsive when we had questions and needed to make a change to our reservation. We highly recommend!

We took my wife's sister and her husband to celebrate their success after some serious health scares last year. The condo is very well keep and Jim did a great job of making sure we were taking care of! We are already looking at dates for next year!

The condo was perfect for myself and 2 teenage girls! It was spacious and clean. I really liked that there was no wall to wall carpeting in the unit.
The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool that was very quiet and also spent a day at the beach. The girls rode the 2 bikes provided and I drove and parked at the Dunes House. It was so easy.
Jim was very easy to work with and provided all the information I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again without hesitation.

Jim's property was clean, bright and in a great location! This was the perfect location to be near anything you wanted at Palmetto Dunes. This would be a great stay for friends, or family with 2 separate bathrooms and a big wrap around porch. We really enjoyed our stay here!
