Great for a family getaway. Not suitable for senior week. Stylish decor and comfortable furnishings await you, a home away from home. This is a duplex house. Come and enjoy your vacation! Includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioning, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and stove, washer and dryer, dining table, living room with sleeper sofa, TV in all rooms, DVD, high-speed wireless Internet access, and a screened in porch to relax on. You will need to provide your own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels for both bathing & beach). Conveniently located just off of 87th Street on Caribbean Drive. Close to shopping, dining, and activities. A quick walk to the beach, just 4 short blocks. Park right in the driveway (room for 2 cars). This is a non-smoking property. Sorry, no pets are allowed. This is not a Senior week property. No one under 25 years old is allowed to occupy the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A Saturday to Saturday rental mid - June through August. Mini-weeks are available in the off-season. Please contact the owner for more information.

The property was exactly as described. I was concerned it might not have sufficient room fir 6 people but I was wrong. Plenty of space for everyone to congregate or if we wanted to be by ourselves, the 3 bedrooms gave us plenty of separation space. The home was also a quick walk to the beach. About 8 minutes. The only downside were the beds. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

This place was just wonderful! My family would absolutely stay here again! The house is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood, not far from the beach. The venue is very clean and well maintained. It has that 'home away from home' feel with everything you need. The check in process is simple and the owner is super nice with great communication. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Enjoyed property. Plenty of beds and both bathrooms very clean .neighborhood was beautiful.the boat ramp very close and pier to fish and watch sunrises and 🌇 sunsets.

We needed to go to Ocean City on very short notice. The hosts were super accommodating and very communicative, and the condo was lovely. We'd definitely stay there again!

We only needed a few nights and this property happened to have those nights available. It was just what we needed and we all had the best time. The house was super cute, had EVERYTHING YOU WOULD EVER NEED, and the best little screened in porch facing east. We watched the fireworks that were being set off on the beach on 4th of July. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood (except the fireworks but that was expected) on the bay side. We loved the place so much we already booked a week next summer!!!!! Thank you for a great family vacation spot💜

We enjoyed the neighborhood and the peaceful serenity offered. The location is not a far walk from the duplex/condo. There is a dock at the bay that is less than a block away. Very relaxing! The condo was not very clean when we arrived and there was almost no cleaning supplies available. More attention needs to be given to the property between guests and the comforters/pillows were either stained or still dirty from.previous guests. No toilet paper or hand soap is provided either. There is a Food Lion and Acme markets located nearby to get cleaning supplies and the items needed. The place was comfortable for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom with the bunkbed has an additional mattress under the full mattress for additional sleeping space. Having 2 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get cleaned up. The place is nice and was great for the few days we stayed. My only recommendation is to ensure the cleaning is being done between guests as the bathroom sinks and toilets were not cleaned prior to our arrival.

The condo suited our needs well for a long weekend. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed for cooking. The walk to the beach was short, and there is also a coffee shop and store within walking distance. We were very pleased with everything and will keep this property in mind for future visits. The house had enough room for 5 people to not be on top of each other, a couple blocks from the beach but off the main road so it’s quiete. We would definitely stay here again

We loved this close to the ocean property for many reasons! We were right next to the bay, the house is clean and accommodated us easily washer, washer and dryer. There were a few small areas that should be addressed. The oven is cracked across the front. The screen on the porch is falling off, there is a carpet in the living room that curls up and people tripped, and the fan in the main bath doesn't work. The bedrooms appear larger in the photos than they are. These minor issues were not enough to affect the stay, but they are noticeable.

This property has not seen any attention in some time. Everything looks old and worn. The main carpet has pulled up and is a safety hazard. The pictures are from quite a while ago. The main sofa is badly stained. The screen door is falling apart.

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. However, we were disappointed with the broken bed in the front bedroom. This was communicated ahead of time, but we were not expecting the double on the bottom bunk to be affected. My daughters slept on an uneven mattress due to no support under the mattress. Also, the rug in the family room needs to be reattached to the floor. Many of us tripped over the corner which had duct tape that no longer stuck to the floor. I really appreciate the quick responses to questions I sent the owner. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We were looking at staying in a hotel for our stay in OCMD but nothing was reasonable enough for 5 people. I stumbled upon this VRBO after a quick search and we got super lucky finding this place! The location is perfect. It's a couple blocks off of coastal hwy so it's far enough away from the noise and traffic. You can walk to the beach, or drive if you can find parking. Close to shops and restaurants. If you go to 91st street, there's a hotel there where you can go up to get drinks and food. We loved to sit out on the screened in porch! I think it would be tight quarters if there were any more than 5 of us but over all it was a great find.

Perfectly decorated warm and homey. Great home away from home for the week. Only complaint would be the neighbors parking and almost blocking the driveway making it difficult to get our two vehicles in and out at times. Neighborhood is quiet. Short walk to the beach and everything you need (groceries, souvenirs, gas stations) within a very short drive. Would definitely recommend for a family with older kids looking to enjoy the atmosphere. No yard, so littles may get bored but overall a great stay.

The house was everything we needed- spacious for being a smaller home. The doors getting into the house and opening the key box are the only challenging part- we had to watch a YouTube video in order to open and close it.

Quiet place. Quiet neighborhood. Filthy couch. There is not a pool or a shared pool. If you want a pool this isn’t the place. Quick walk to the beach. Convenient store close by.
