We paid for a Deluxe Guest Room with the Harbor & Mountain View, and they definitely put us in a less expensive Premium King Room with Marina and City View first (I can compare the photos on booking and their website). When we asked for clarification at the front desk, we were told the level of the room we got was the same we paid for and offered as an option to wait 2 nights until another building with a better views opened. In 2 days, our new room in the tall building was exactly what we paid for, though still feel that we were slightly cheated first. Also, the outdoor pool was closed throughout our stay due to the cold weather. That was unfortunate. And the heater in the room did not do a good job of heating the room, so we got a little cold.

Geoffrey at front desk was incredibly helpful getting us breakfast to the room in 10 mins while the buffet restaurant had a 1 hour wait. Way to go Geoffrey at front desk!!

1 hour wait for buffet breakfast due to shortage of staff to wait tables at 10 am Friday Dec 29th — switched to room service after discussing with front desk Geoffrey who cared for us directly in 10 mins !!

Room itself was not ok. Sheet with stain and not working telephone. Not all the lights where working. Looked that they had single glass? So it got damped in the morning. The coffee bar in the hotel was great but service tot that great. Stressful and rude waiters. Hotel staff was ok.. but I stayed also in a other hotel during my stay. There the service was better. I found it here impersonal. Just put a very good doorman I’m place. One that make you feel at home. Here it felt Inpersonal. They did gave us a other room and where flexible regarding to breakfast. Due to medical reasons we couldn’t come down to have breakfast.

Fabulous views and close to waterfront walks. Absolutely loved having the balcony and doors I could leave open for fresh air.

Excellent location. View from Harbour & Mountain view room was exceptional and worth the extra money for the view. H2 restaurant was also great and we ate there for breakfast (twice) and dinner - all very good quality with great service. Coffee shop in lobby was also super handy and we used it more than expected.

Beds weren't very comfortable, room layout was strange, H2O restaurant was just okay food wise for the dollar value. Asked for Gluten-free, Dairy free options, gave us a very dry Hamburger and salad with a cream dressing. The burger was supposed to have a Whiskey BBQ sauce but didn't and actually tasted fishy. The other regular meal was the Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese was pretty much just cheese a bit of noodles and some pulled pork

Location was superb! We were able to access all activities and restaurants we wished to visit.

Unfortunately, the price for this specific weekend was incredibly high and in my opinion unreasonable. We will return, one day for the great views on not such a busy weekend.

The room was located on 3rd floor facing a wall. It was the worst room in the house. I have stayed numerous times and never given such a horrible room location.

Nice enough in basic ways; has room service.

Weirdly dated — cordless landline? Ethernet cable?? — considering the cost. Was made to wait almost 2 full hours until 20 minutes before “official” check-in time to get a room (and even then had to pester the desk after being told to wait for a text that never came) Hard to believe a hotel this big didn’t have one room available early.
