Location and dog friendly

Under renovations, construction right outside our windows at 7:00 loud conversation and others woke us up. No hot water just lukewarm. Toilet roll dispenser rusted. Price for room was ridiculous

Under renovation and we were given old wing(parts yet to be renovated)

I liked the location, and that there is Restaurant’s in the hotel.

House keeping barged in at 10:30 even though check out is 11. I was in the middle of changing. The bedsheets and duvet were stained/dirty. There was blood stains and other unpleasant stains. Housekeeping took up the elevator at 11 am, I waited 20 minutes for an elevator from the 9th floor, and everytime it came it was a housekeeper with it filled with big carts and wouldn’t allow me on. So after waiting, and getting no where. I had to carry all my luggage down all those flights of stairs, I have asthma and it was very unpleasant for me. Then due to my own fault, after checking out I forgot something so I had to go back up. Same thing, they were still monopolizing the elevators so I had to take the stairs. If I wasn’t able bodied, this would have been impossible for me. Honestly paying $450 for a single night is beyond ridiculous and I will not be back. Which is unfortunate because I travel a lot for both leisure and work. I will be advising my work to not book my accommodations with this location from here on out. The front desk staff were kind however and are at no fault.

everything was very clen and comfortable

the bed was a little too soft for our comfort but overall it was ok, it would have been nice to have a nice duvet. The one thing that i diddnt care for was the pay parking, i did not like having to pay for the parking, but the parking was easy to find and access especially with physical disability.
