We recently open more views and from the back of the main porch you can see Cohutta Mountains and a gorgeous sunset. On the main and upper levels of the house you have long-range mountain views. It's an easy drive from Blue Ridge to the house on all paved roads. And McCaysville is only 4 miles away (offering Tubing, Toccoa River, grocery store, restaurants and shops). We are in a location where you see natural forest environment without being remote or on difficult roads. When you enter the 2 story-high open plan great room you see a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, a huge 10' Island, Thermador appliances, double ovens, undercounted built-in microwave, wine cooler, and a massive and uniquely handcrafted 7' by 7' dining table that accommodates up to 14 people. The kitchen has been furnished with the most modern equipment: Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, Belgian waffle, stick mixer, and hand mixer. Plus high-end cooking equipment and eating utensils at your disposal. It's the perfect place for that family reunion or just some relaxing weekend with family and friends. The house has four fireplaces.You will find a 20' high stone fireplace with gas logs in the main living area. This level has one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fireplace (electric fireplace), lots of glass and access to a covered deck, private bathroom with a soaking tub and a jetted shower panel system, to help you relax and unwinding. The laundry room & ½ bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The porch on the main level features an outdoor living space with a wood-burning fireplace and cushioned seating. The grill is also found on the main level porch overlooking the Cohuatta Mountains. The sunsets are amazing! Going to the second level you will find a cozy loft, where you can find a full bed and 2 ensuite bedrooms: One with a king bed ( and bathroom with shower/tub combo) and the other with a queen bed (and bathroom with shower). Going up one more level you will find the Tower Room: This is a perfect place to relax and recharge with your favorite person (or just have some “me” time!), appreciating the 270-degree gorgeous views. Or you can just lay down on the queen bed and catch up on your favorite reading. The Lower level the house has a custom-built bar, foosball table, Card table, darts game, and a PlayStation 4. It also has another stone fireplace with gas logs and a living area with a smart 4K TV with ROKU Tuning. At this level, you will find bunk beds (twin on top and queen on bottom) and a full bathroom. The Lower area could be perfect for those night owls, that enjoy being up until late watching tv or playing games or a place for the kids . The 6-person hot tub is just outside this level and you will find stone steps leading you down to where the fire pit is located. Perfect for cooler nights in the fall with some marshmallows. The house has many little separate nooks and crannies for reading or just enjoying the views. If you need to extra space there is an adjacent and separate guest cottage next door to the main house. It is a romantic and charming cottage, tastefully decorated, with a king bedroom with smart tv and dvd, bathroom with shower/tub combo, full kitchen and a living room with a stone fireplace with gas logs with a sofa-bed.
