I liked that it had me situated with easy access to I-10, so I could get to Kerrville easily.

It was loud and dated. It could use an update. My room’s air conditioner was replaced with a portable unit. Fortunately, I’m always cold, so it wasn’t a big problem (other than it looked trashy), but if I needed a cold room this wouldn’t have worked.

The breakfast was good

Beds were uncomfortable, the sofa bed was horrible, housekeeping left sheets piled up on floor instead of new ones. We arrived during a hail storm and security had their car under the overhang stood there and watched two women unload car did nothing to assist in any way, couldn't pull in under covering because they were there. And poor lighting outside at night. Bathroom door didn't lock and tub shower really needed a good cleaning and shampoo was empty.

The staff was great, our room was really nice and clean, and the location was perfect.

I do not have a negative comment about this Hotel or the services.

The staff, breakfast, and location were amazing. I particularly loves the suite we stayed in. It was like a little apartment. It felt like home away from home. Very impressed with the presence of home.

There is nothing I did not like about our stay.

While Staying at the Hotel , my car was broken into along with 10 other cars , the staff never alerted any of us that our cars had been broken into , we got dress and was leaving for the day when we realized our front driver side of the vehicle had been broken , the staff showed lack of concern , we were never contacted by management to apologize, we ended up having to spend 317.00 on a new window ans had to check out of the hotel because we no longer felt safe , I have the police report as well to prove that my vehicle was broken into . We were told there were no working cameras on property

Good location, big rooms and nice staff.

Very noisy, you feel like you are sleeping on the highway - the windows do mot close properly. We did not have enough towels in the rooms, were missing the sheets for the sofa bed, one chair only around the table, had to use the desk chair, but it made only 2 seatings….

Spacious rooms

Filthy bedding. Floor soaking wet and smelled of mildew. Had a leak that they were aware of, but did not make us aware before arrival. No help to find alternate accommodation. Did offer to not charge us anything to cancel our reservation. We had to quickly try to find another hotel to accommodate 5 people during spring break without having to spend our whole vacation budget.

The breakfast was good and u like the fact that it was not the same things every day, the change up was good. Having a kitchen in the room really helps out when you have kids. Also it was a lot of room and space for my family. It was clean and didn't have to worry about bed bugs or any other bugs cause i have had a bag experience with a few other hotels but not this one. Thank you all so much.

I have not complaints at all.

The room was large and beds were descent sized. There was a stain on my white comforter which was a little concerning and the main bathroom light didn't work. The room was slightly outdated but comfortable. I don't know if I would stay again but overall a good not great experience.

Overall a great stay

It wasn’t a huge deal , but the pool area was not as cleaned up. Like from the leave. You couldn’t sit on the chairs. The grill looked a little worse for ware. This still doesn’t change that it was a nice place

The space was very accommodating, rooms clean, beds were comfortable. Good choice of breakfast items.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. I liked the overall decor in the suite. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was pretty average with toaster not working. There was no way to eat bread or similar items because of it. More items could be added.

Everything was really clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was pretty big and well priced! Appliances were all in good working condition. The parking lot was well-lit at night. Overall, I felt safe here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

You can tell it's an older hotel, everything is a bit worn. But definitely NOT a deal breaker.

I loved everything about it!

The housekeeper seems as if she was trying to rush me to check out! Other than that Everything was great until I check out and got 10 minutes down the freeway and realized I left my necklace on the cabinet by the sink. Call back to the hotel and they tell me that the housekeeper said it wasn’t left there when I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS! I REALLY FEEL LIKE THE HOUSEKEEPER TOOK MY NECKLACE!! Oh & no ice makers!

I really liked having a private bedroom with a door.

I liked that we had our own bedroom. Breakfast was descent I would say. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom.

The room was smaller then lead on to be in the pictures at Booking.com. They were short on pillows so you couldn't get extra. If you wanted fresh towels, you either had to take all your dirty towels down stairs to them to trade out for clean ones or they would come to your room and request the dirty ones and give you clean ones according to how many dirty ones you have back. The water pressure was so high that it was impossible to take a shower without getting your hair wet if you decided not to wash it that day. The hallways did not have AC and the carpet was not appealing. We were way further from the Riverwalk than I thought we would be. They have no AC wall units and actually have a thermostat, which is fine but you can hear every single noise in the hallway and the rooms next to you and above you. It was hard to sleep with all the noise and people running up and down the hallway. Also, I did not like the fact that they preauthorized my card for the entire 5 night stay and then when we checked out pulled out the total again in full and have to wait 3-5 business days for the preauh amount to go back into my account. Luckily we had money in the bank or we would have been way overdrafted!
