The beds are very comfortable, the ac unit blows cold air to keep the room cool. The staff very professional.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of things. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like having to pay for parking, but you had to do that everywhere in San Antonio. The location was great to the Riverwalk area, but not in the best neighborhood. It seemed that for the size of the hotel that the pool was very small.

Location. LONG walk in heat to riverwalk and had to go under overpass every time. Didn't feel safe.

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was good.

The place had a worn out look. Perhaps some renovations are in order. The keys kept losing their activation, and we had to keep going downstairs back upstairs to get in our room. We were on the fourth floor and the sink kept getting stopped up but the toilet did flush. Not as close to the Riverwalk as advertised it is not walking distance for older people and in the present heat index however, it is five minutes by Uber. Parking spot was advertised as a part of the benefits, however, there was an extra charge that was not disclosed until I paid the bill.

No snacks and only water available for purchase the first night. very limited selection the second night. pretty rough location and no convenience stores nearby. lots of homeless close by. Pool was closed down for cleaning the entire stay. sofa sleeper in room is broken.

the proximity was good

only 1 elevator working, but no out of order sign, people lined up all the time for an elevator. the key cards had to be reset 3 x for 1 overnight stay. there was an empty room with door open, vacuum cleaner in hallway of that room and tv blaring on all night. we called and let the front desk know, but nothing was done.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are a nice size. Quiet. Food delivery from grub hub is great. Lyft service worked well. Good location.. laundry was an excellent feature for our extended road trip.

Keys flaked out and had to be reset. Hot tub down one day. Comfort item, mini store virtually empty.... The wife thought wall paper peeling various rooms was an issue. Pool was pleasant but small with lots of kids. Pool deck very slippery. Tub very slippery surface.

I didn't like when they put deli meat ham for breakfast instead of sausage or bacon.

Windows are so dirty you thought it was foggy outside. Not clean.

Breakfast was OK, but I found it curious that they had no butter, or other spread for toast, other than cream cheese.

It was a Texas size room, that could have really used another chair. There was room for a table also. Windows were dreadfully dirty.
