Very roomy

Air Conditioner did not cool. Room never got comfortable until around 2-4 am.

Great location with easy to walk to many attractions, dining options and shopping. Nice hotel with all the amenities needed. They also have an excellent virtual Topgolf set up and the gym is very well equipped.

They often have conventions and conferences at this hotel and this leads to long queues to access the elevator in order to get to your room. We were waiting over 20mins one evening to get back to our room as a group had just finished their sessions for the day.

Second stay at this hotel. We go to a cheerleaders' competition. A family of four got two rooms. The staff in the lobby was super friendly and helpful. Parking was worth every penny. Once in our rooms, the rooms were excellent, and the beds were great. The bathroom walls were dirty. The breakfast staff was wonderful. 5th floor was extra great in the mornings to have your coffee

The walls were dirty in the bathrooms, but everything else was clean. We got two rooms.

Location is great as it was a 10min drive from the Alamo to the hotel and right on the riverwalk!

No complimentary breakfast and the perk area had gnats all over the food and cookies. The bed sheets looked dirty though turned out to be poor bedding. You could hear the train at night.

Basically no wait for an elevator even with so many people staying in the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was so friendly!

The beds are full size so pretty small.

walking distance was great for everything! I loved the view in the hotel room, How nice and clean it was! how friendly the staff was.

Breakfast was good an server/housekeeping very friendly and helpful not so much the front desk. Room was very hot unable to adjust ac any lower than 66! Tossed and turned all night. Pool was very small too and not much seating. Paid $15 for 2 sodas I 6oz bag of chips and a 7oz bag of gummy bears! Lower the prices we're all feeling the gouged prices!
