Fabulous location near the lake and the parks. Great outdoor and indoor gathering spaces for a large group. The host was very responsive. Historically appointed living quarters, with a modern recroom and newly redecorated lower level with all the modern conveniences. It was perfect for our family reunion. My only suggestion is to install a keyless entry lock.

Our son was to be married in Milwaukee and we wanted a house that could accommodate our entire family , which included eight adults and eight children. This house had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms were updated and the entire house was very clean and well stocked. The top floor easily accommodated all the kids and the ping-pong table and foosball table were a big hit. The outdoor patio and amenities were outstanding. In addition, the location of the house was perfect. The kids could easily walk to Lake Park and Bradford Beach and the Downer Street stores and restaurants were an easy walk though beautiful tree lined streets. In regards to the owner, Ajoy was responsive to our questions before the visit; accommodated an early check-in; and contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well. Ajoy is a very gracious host and very pleasant , which made our stay even more perfect. Each of the adults and even the kids often commented how beautiful the house was and how well it fit our entire family. One even asked if we could live there. We would definitely stay at the house again for a family get together. Thank you Ajoy for making our stay memorable.

We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room! The space was beautiful and clean. Host was great and has great communication. This is a great spot for a group of friends - plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, but also plenty of spots where we could all comfortably be together. 10/10

The house was amazing!! There were 10 of us and we spent a ton of time at the house. Fantastic lower level for just hanging out, and fabulous back yard. Ajoy was a great host and provided everything we needed. If you need a nice large house for a group, I would highly recommend this property

This lovely home was perfect for our extended family when we visited Milwaukee for our son's college graduation. The adults claimed the four bedrooms on the 2nd floor and the kids spread out on the 3rd floor. Having two extra full bathrooms in the newly remodeled lower level was a bonus for our large group too. We enjoyed every aspect of this house - from ping pong tournaments on the 3rd floor, large meals in the dining room, board games in the lower level, and visiting in the living room and outdoor patio. The main floor study was much needed since my husband had to work during our stay. We also enjoyed walking through the beautiful neighborhood to the historic Downer Ave. with coffee shops, restaurants and cute boutiques. Ajoy is a fantastic host and very responsive since he was onsite in the carriage house during our stay. We look forward to visiting again!

We came to Milwaukee to have a family reunion and attend our nephew’s wedding. This is the first time in 40 years that my brothers and I slept under the same roof. This house was perfect! The hot tub was perfect and enjoyable! We loved every floor … the modern finished basement, the classical parlor and the upstairs game room - ball room! Ajoy the owner is very professional and delightful! Cheers - until next time!

The house was incredible! The house was large enough for our group of 8-20 throughout the weekend. It was very clean and a fun house to stay in. No issue finding space to sleep. The house was in a good location to travel Milwaukee from. Ajoy was an excellent host and communicated proactively ahead of time. He was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and group. Would stay again!

Great house. Ton's of room for our group of 11. Patio/grill and hottub were great in the back yard. Beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute uber to downtown. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was great. Couldn't have had a better place.

This is a truly beautiful house with plenty of space to sleep and hang out. We enjoyed the upstairs games room (ping pong and foosball along with lots of space and seating to enjoy), relaxed on the patio (plenty of outdoor seating to sit back and talk), and there's even an outdoor hot tub. There was enough parking for the 3 cars we had in the driveway + 2 on the street. The location is superb as it is close to everything, walking distance from some key places (Cafe Hollander is a 5min walk away for breakfast), and still very safe and quiet. Communication with our host was easy and fast. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. Highly recommend.

Myself and a group of guys stayed here last weekend, and it was a fantastic spot. Lots of space and a great outdoors area as well as a great location. I would recommend this place to any groups looking for a place in Milwaukee.

Ajoy's property was great! I hosted my bachelor party there and found the place perfect for the 10 of us. Each floor seemed to offer a different experience and the ample bed and bathroom spaces were extremely useful. I'd definitely recommend to any large group coming to Milwaukee - and make sure you plug in the karaoke machine!

What a fantastic place to gather with friends and family! We walked through all the rooms with our jaws on the floor: spacious and great for a large crowd. The neighborhood was stunning and perfect for walks….so close to the Lake! Mom/Grammie, said it was the best birthday party she’s ever had! Ajoy, the owner was great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

We had family and friends together in Milwaukee for our daughters wedding . 12 of us as the brides party from the UK and across the US. We could not have imagined a better place to stay. Wonderful location, beautiful home for everyone (esp. bride) to dress and prepare in. Lovely home to eat together, reconnect as a family . Tidy, clean with everything we needed and more. We rented the house for a wedding gathering. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. The location, the property the amenities all outstanding! We had a very minor request which Ajoy rectified immediately once again going above our expectations We are so very grateful to have found this gem. If we are ever in need of a space we will definitely book again

This house was a wonderful place for our family reunion. it as spacious and as beautiful as the pictures suggest. We each had our own sleeping quarters with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for group conversation, games, TV and personal space. There was plenty to do at the house as well as being so close to Lakefront Park and Bradford Beach. We could easily walk, jog or head to the beach. There is a beginner 3 par golf course there that we found unexpectedly and Ajoy brought out some clubs we could use. He was also extremely helpful in answering all of our questions including finding a place nearby to play basketball for our son. We heartily recommend this property and Ajoy as host.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this elegant eastside home. Ajoy's home had more than everything we needed during our four day visit. Would love to stay here again some day.

Eight of us slept there, 15 of us hung out and celebrated Christmas. It was perfect for us. It was nice having the extra downstairs oven for cooking Christmas dinner.

My group of friends stayed here last weekend to celebrate a bachelor party and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was truly the perfect spot for our group. Can’t say enough about the house…gorgeous mansion with every amenity you could ask for. Every room was unique and it fit our large group really well for the weekend. Ajoy was an extremely hospitable host. Not only friendly but responsive and always attentive to all our needs. If I ever need another place for a group in Milwaukee I’m definitely coming back here. Beautiful property. My daughter got married in Milwaukee, and great place for us to stay. Everyone had separate areas to sleep, and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of space so we were not tripping over each other. The property was great condition, and never needed any help or had any issues. Ajoy was a great host.
