Due to a flight delay we didn’t arrive until 3am. Trying to find the property in the dark wasn’t easy but after several trips round the block we glimpsed a sign. The block and surrounding area are not very welcoming but we carried on as had no other options at this time. Once we opened the door to the apartment we were pleasantly surprised with what we found and headed straight to bed. The apartment is clean and functional, a little tired in areas but has everything you need. Jennifer was very responsive to messages and left a helpful guide on the table along with some extra treats and essentials. There is a lot of building work happening in the area, this may be an up and coming area within a couple of years so may be one to watch. For us, the apartment did the job as being a base as we were not on holiday but in the area for a competition. Be sure to visit Shake for a drink and some food, the owners are amazing and very welcoming. We also visited Happy Jacks, again nice and welcoming but only had drinks there. There is a 24 hour bakery and metro supermarket around the corner, ideal for topping up supplies.

The immediate area and the block are not very welcoming and we had to use our phones for torches going up the stairs as the internal lights were off or didn’t work.

The apartment was as per photos, very clean and spacious, the balcony has a great view and was in an ideal location for the beach, Watersport’s and lots of cafes and bars in the area.

The Immediate outdoor entrance area was untidy but you can see there is builders working and this should improve.

Very nice big flat with amazing view.

We recommending to wash at time to time pillows (bear in mind covers for pillows were fresh but we could smell some sweet from the pillows after previous guests) also would be nice if there is some basic things in the kitchen like ( tea, coffee ,sugar ,salt and pepper at least one small bottle of water in the fridge for every room - doesn’t cost anything but at the arrival / welcome guests can enjoy hot/ cold drink - specially when is hot there )

The long story short - the apartments are awesome. The photos match to the real picture. All is clean. Three bedrooms + one dining room. The furniture is from IKEA. The administrator (Jennifer) is cheerful. The bottle of wine was pleasant surprise.
