The renting part was easy. Everything after was hard house not cleaned, a lot of broken stuff in house no ac, the property mangers were terrible and did not communicate while we were there. No adequate parking for a house to sleep 26 people. They threw to tow our cars. Will never stay here again and some of the property mangers were rude when we could get them on the phone. WiFi and phone service terrible. They cans do better with all that money you pay to stay there! Do not rent this property save your self a headache. They did nothing they said they would do. This was the hardest trip ever because if the property mangers they ruined our trip and did not even apologize executive villas.

Location needs a DEEP CLEANING and touch up around the house. If you plan on cooking for a large family, bring your own pots and pans. Paid for the hot tub to be heated, it never got HOT.

Check-in is at 4 pm. We arrived at 6:30 pm...told to come back to the home because it was not ready, due to previous tenants having to be forced out. Returned at 9:45 pm. The place was DISGUSTING. They literally did nothing but clean the bathrooms, make the beds, and wiped down the kitchen. We provided the Property Management with a list of everything wrong, including pictures as they requested, and then sent them to 2 other emails afterward. This began the "pass the buck " process. Here is the info we submitted: Broken furniture, projector pulled from the ceiling and left laying on the couch upstairs, light bulbs out in several places, ceiling fan or light fixture missing from downstairs king bedroom, the downstairs queen bed broke when one person sat on it, the broken bed had to be propped up with paint cans we found in the garage, the parking situation in the entire resort is a MAJOR joke, they literally towed peoples cars throughout, the traffic to get into the resort would sometimes take us up to an hour to get in, roaches in beds, sinks stopped up and overflowing, pool guy shows up at 8 or 9 or 10 am in the morning to pour chemicals into the pools and the only way we knew not to get into the pool was because we had to ASK him what he was adding it to the water, upholstered furniture was so dirty it was leaving dirt on peoples clothing if they sat on it, the carpet looked like chocolate chip cookies due to it being so stained and not vacuumed. We literally went and bought a small vacuum and other supplies and cleaned the place ourselves. We had to wash almost all the linens, some of our family went and purchased new sheets. All chrome and glass had food, fingerprints, and spills that were so old it would not wipe off with water, we had to use glass cleaner. When we arrived, there were 2 people in the home cleaning and the fact that this home is 12 bedrooms, 10.5 baths, there should be at least 25-40 hours of sufficient cleaning done. Depending on your team size. Staffing a team of 2 is definitely not acceptable. NO carpet should be in these homes if it can not be maintained and cleaned properly. Paid for pool heat and never had heat in the pool. Garbage and leftover floats and swimming toys and other trash in between the homes outside I can honestly say, THIS was definitely a MAJOR shock for us. The homes are GORGEOUS and nicely decorated, and the pictures serve them well online, but that is the ONLY positive review I can provide.

The first time we used the oven to bake an egg casserole Christmas morning, smoke began billowing out of the oven and filled the house. There was a large pool of old grease on the bottom and covering the sides and back of the oven. After attempting to clean it the best we could with dish soap (no stores open on Xmas to get oven cleaner) we finished baking our casserole and it was completely ruined by the smoke. Pots, baking trays and cooking utensils were dirty when we first pulled them out to use them. (Old food and grease). Our air conditioner broke and we notified the management company- it took three days to get a technician out to resolve the problem. In general the house is in disrepair- broken lamps, carpet stains, doorknobs falling off doors, not enough towels for each guest to have one full set, one leaky toilet, one dishwasher not attached to surrounding cabinetry so the unit pulls out entirely when you try to open the door, and strangely, we received an electric shock each time we went out the back slider door to the pool if we were also touching the surrounding door casing. For the price of this rental, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Our large family had a great stay. The home was beautiful and accommodated all of us comfortably. There were a few hiccups which were resolved timely and did not have a huge impact on our stay. The community water park was amazing. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.
