The hotel its self was nice, but I've been waiting a month for my deposit and still have yet to receive it back.

Very nice room. For the reasonably price I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were.

Bugs, no remote, small pillows, loud rattling fan, spills in bathroom, hair in the bathroom, overall horrible experience, I will never go back

Toilet started blowing bubbles at 2 am. I had to flush it to get it to stop every 1/2 hour. I’ve tried to inform the Lady Luck casino but they do a great job of hiding there email address.

Never any staff to check us in..no matter how we try to schedule checking. Have to go across casino w bags to horseshoe casino n hotel..where this trip 2 staff ..1 litterly had her rearend up towards my spouse..chatting away w private conversation w other staff. We tried calling for help at desk at lady luck, and were treated rudely n hung up on. NOT the first time!

convenient location but horrible service and cleanliness

No staff was able to assist us. We got our room and when we opened the door it was a filthy not turned down room, with trash and wet towels. At that time there was no available hotel staff to fix our issue. when we went to the main desk the woman was very rude and dismissive, we went for an engagement weekend and it ruined half of the day, it wasn’t until 6pm that we finally got the room changed when we had scheduled early check in at 3pm but we’re given no discounts or anything to make up for the issue. Horrible customer service, not clean rooms, and they don’t care about your stay. I couldn’t even find or talk to a manager or head of hotel about the issue. I will not be going back or even giving their casino any business or money again.

It was clean, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It's a great location and a good price!

Minor things. Our room was next to the elevators and the elevator door squeaked horribly as it opened and again as it closed. Takes away from the relaxation! Also, the sink dripped constantly no matter how we moved the knobs. The place is just starting to look a bit run down.

overpriced for what you get. Our room had dirty underwear in it under the bed skirt, and one of the towels was stained. Room also did not seem to have functioning climate control—was very warm and didn’t change much when lowering the temperature from the control. What I would expect from a sub-$100/night room, not a premium price we paid. Would not recommend.

They charged me a resort fee on top of the one you said was included in my price.

Lady Luck really doesn’t have a lot of amenities, but it’s close to everything, it’s clean and comfortable, and is the most budget friendly hotel in the area. The parking garage is a huge convenience!

It was all good! I’ve stayed there a few times now, and know what to expect.

Service

Don’t stay on the 12th floor. We heard the elevator running all night. The squeaking while it ran was terrible!
