This is a lovely place to stay. Location works for all parts of walking in Toronto. Owner, Dana is Gracious, helpful, kind. Accessible to all parts of Toronto on foot. The accommodations are clean, well-appointed. Just right. I would stay here every time.

Dana keeps her house beautifully decorated. Everything is just like in the pictures! Very friendly environment – she tries to help you knowing more about the city, where are the good places to eat and see. I was there for a very short time therefore I took the UBER most of the time because wanted to see too many places in only two days. I am so happy I met this beautiful and kind family.

The accommodations consist of a bedroom and bath with a short hallway behind a locking door inside a lovely two story brick townhouse. The bath is gorgeous and everything in the home is beautifully decorated. The home is within a 30 minute walk of downtown Toronto and many attractions. We also used the hop-on, hop-off bus to get around to various sights. Dana is a gracious host and very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to other travelers.

Our first trip to Toronto was great! The flat was clean and quiet with plenty of space. Dana was a gracious host and offered her assistance whenever she could. Lovely home and great neighborhood.

Wonderful hosts take pride in their home. Very helpful making sure we could find our way around Toronto. Public transportation very close and many places within walking distance. We would have liked to have been able to spend an entire week, but hope we can next time.

We stayed in Dana's lovely home for 3 nights. The room is quiet and clean with everything one needs. The bathroom is great with a lovely shower and we felt very comfortable and had all the privacy one needs. Dana recommended places to visit and was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The neighbourhood is interesting and historic and suburban yet so close to the centre. We would definitely return. Many thanks Dana.

We had the pleasure of visiting Ontario staying in a hotel in Brampton for the first six days of our vacation before spending the remaining time in Toronto. The Hotel was wonderful, however the experience of staying in the lovely heritage home in downtown was one we will never forget. Although this was a first time staying in a VRBO for my partner once settled into our luxury room he was very comfortable. The room was very clean & quiet with the elegance of the clawfoot tub and large shower. The Hostess was very friendly as was her spouse, the coffee was wonderful. The home was well loved and taken care of by the owners. Dana was very helpful, with recommendations of sites to visit, local restaurants and a must see of Tim Horton's in an old heritage home. The property is conveniently located where we could walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend this property to other travellers. We met as Strangers and left as Friends. "Strangers are friends we've never met"

Loved my time at this rental. Location was very well situated. Did not matter which direction I wanted to go I was only footsteps away. Room was very inviting and bed super comfortable. Shower/bathub were perfect. Hostess was helpful with directions, suggestions for sightseeing and general information. I look forward to my return.

This was my very first host stay and it exceeded all of my expectations. Dana was very inviting and informative. Her room was lovely and comfortable. Will refer friends & family and I will forsure return again!!!

This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was accurate in the description and the house is extremely well cared for, which was always evident. Dana is an amazing host, friendly and interesting to talk to-- she seems to love what she is doing and it shows. We had a very short stay, but did have a couple of meals close by-- one at a breakfast place called Chew Chews-- the portion sizes were enormous and it was made fresh. The other one in the neighbourhood was the Local Gest, also recommended. Wish we'd had more time to explore, as I can't think of anything bad to say about the place.

The room and bathroom are lovely and the location is ideal! Walking distance to the majority of Toronto's offerings. Dana was awesome and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our staying there. Dana made us welcome, always willing to help with great advises around the city (e.g. Restaurants, Hot spots etc) and very prompt/accurate in Communication. As stated the house is in walking distance to downtown, no need to move the car. The rooms were clean, high Standard and also good to know; very quiet. We also could partly use the kitchen and other spaces in the house. Only remark: these two rooms are not in a stand alone /separated apartment what we actually have expected after screening the description. But overall fully recommendable place with a lovely Dana&family, always again!

Dana was a terrific host for our four day stay in Toronto. The accommodations were very nice with a good sized bedroom and huge nicely renovated bathroom. Her beautiful home is well situated in town and very convenient to transit access. Highly recommended and a very good value!!

We loved to stay in this wonderful victorian retreat in cabbagetown of toronto. It was well equipped, super maintained and clean. You will have short ways to downtown Toronto, and as well a beautiful scene of restaurants and shops nearby. There is no need for a vehicle neither for public transport, we walked our ways in Toronto. Dana and her husband were constantly endeavored to make our stay attractive and felt very responsible for communications. Thanks a lot. If we will have the occasion, next time again. Lovely home in a great location. Our room was bright and spacious, with a gorgeous private bathroom. Highly recommended.

We stayed here from 7/10 to 7/12 and had an absolutely amazing time. The house is beautiful and very well kept and in a great location. Everything was walking distance and perfectly situated in Cabbagetown. Dana and her family were very kind and accommodating and answered any questions we had pertaining to the city, even offering advice on what to do during the day and night. She made us dinner on our last night which was incredibly sweet of her as well as delicious. I will not stay anywhere else on my trips to Toronto. Thank you so much, Dana!!

We use VRBO/Homeaway/AirBnB/ 9-10 times a year (domestic and international), and this was by far the best experience ever. It was cleaner than a 5 star hotel, located in the quaint, safe, eclectic Cabbagetown area of Toronto, easy parking, accessible to all areas, quiet, comfortable, beautiful décor and the nicest couple in Toronto. We're avid cyclist and Dana found safe places for us to store our bikes. When one of the bikes had a mechanical breakdown, Soren lent us a bike to ride and even rode with us in Toronto. For parking , our car was registered for neighborhood parking without charge. It's obvious that Dana and Soren Popov are a warm wonderful couple who are more interested in building relationships and giving visitors the best possible experience in Toronto. We definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend this jewel to our friends and family. Ron and Maret

Nice, very clean and comfortable bedroom and excellent bathroom. About 10 to 20 minutes Walk to waterfront and downtown. Very good Service and Tourist Informations. Looking forward to coming back!

The best part of my 2 night stay was how accommodating Dana, the owner was and how comfortable she made me feel. I had several special requests, for example, a reading lamp beside my bed, or changing my arrival time, and I was immediately accommodated. The room was quiet, private, and comfortable and clean. The price was a little high for the space provided but other common areas of Dana's home were available for me to use. Dana pointed out a hazardous step in the bathroom and I would caution anyone staying at this location to be very aware of this issue.
