Everything is amazing

This apartment was excellent value for money. It had everything we needed, everything you would find in a home. There were three of us but you could fit 5, there's a double room, a large comfortable pull-out couch-bed and another fold-out bed. The outside area was nice to sit and have breakfast in. As far as location goes, it is 5 mins walk to the town centre where you have the train station, a really large shopping centre and high-end fashion outlets. From the train station, it is only one stop to Disneyland. In a nutshell, it is perfect for a small family heading to Disneyland for a few days or as a base outside the city to explore Paris. While we didn't meet the owners, they seemed really nice and checked in with us to make sure we got into the apartment and that we were ok for everything. I could not recommend this apartment highly enough. Extremely satisfied with the experience!!

The host is super friendly and prompt in attending to our queries. She managed to get us a 2nd fan while she was out of town. Decent value for money for what you get compared to the expensive area and paris in general.

Location was 10 min away from the shopping center and the rer station, which could be challenging with luggage or after a long day at disney. Uber would cost 11eur which is hefty in our opinion for 500m. Although it was generally clean, we felt cleanliness was spotty and that it was done in a rush, or because the apartment is located on ground floor. Comfort was also lagging (uneven couch mattress and uncomfortable pillows). No AC which we knew already, but even the fans were not powerful enough.

The apartment is great, clean, very well equipped. Kate is excellent, always available and willing . I recommend it.

I would like the bedroom to have a TV.
