The apartment was so quaint and cozy, had everything we needed. Patio was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The pictures represent the property well. It was impeccably clean. The apartment in and of itself was just really neat and very nicely furnished. It’s location was excellent too, within walking distance to downtown and in the other direction a short drive to all kinds of shopping. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. If I could have given it 10 stars I would have! Great choice!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Amazing old charm yet updated. Very nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. The sectional is very nice and comfortable.
If you’re scared of heights, please note that the bed is extra tall. ;-)
It was a very nice surprise to find a few beverages and snacks!
The home owners were easy to communicate with.
Would definitely stay here again.

My son rented for work travel. It was perfect. He loved the space and the location is perfect! Right in the river and just down the street from his favorite place to eat. Check out Broussard’s if you like Cajun! He will always book this place when he travels for work. It was truly perfect.

Absolutely loved this property! Wonderful apartment, everything looked brand new/recently renovated and anything you might need was provided. Short walk to shops, restaurants and riverfront. This place tops our list of VRBO stays. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay
The house is really nice. Well maintained and conveniently close to the down town area. We walked around at night with no worries. We will be flying in for football games and plan to stay here as often as we can.

This is a fantastic place at the edge (2 blocks) of downtown. So much to offer, great owner communication and plenty of space!

My husband and I really enjoyed everything about this
location and property. This probably was the best appointed
home/vrbo we have stayed in. Everything was so comfortable

Great place and location!
We stayed here a couple nights and it was great! Walking distance to downtown and the river. Very clean and provided coffee and snacks! Cindy is very nice! Would stay here again!

The location suited us perfectly as there are many food and drink establishments within a 3 block walking distance in the historical downtown area. It was nice to not have to drive to dinner.
