We loved our vacation at the condo. My husband is disabled and had a hard time with the stairs. We now know we need an elevator or bungalow. The condo is spacious and the host a real asset. The response to any problem or question is immediate.

We liked the idea of a smaller condo and it had its pros and cons. Pros: check in/out was easy, having staff across street was nice, they were very friendly and helpful; Beach front condo with beautiful views of the beach and sunsets; private pool; good location with tons within walking distance. Cons: the pool had limited seating-only 3 loungers for 4 units and 2 were broken. There were other upright chairs that weren’t super comfortable. The pool furniture could use an upgrade; unit 201 was just ok-living room furniture is pretty worn out; condo offered very limited beach supplies: only one beach chair (we ended up buying a second leaving it behind), no umbrella, etc.; very loud at times: could hear occupants above us at all hours, public beach parking right next door made the evenings loud. Overall, we enjoyed our week and this condo would be excellent with a few upgrades.

The condo is always clean and well maintained. You're literally only steps away from the beach. The nightly sunsets can only be described as breathtaking! There are several restaurants in walking distance and even a few shops for buying souvenirs. There are only 4 condos in this unit which makes for no crowds and plenty of room on the beach. If you're looking for a quiet,comfortable, beautiful location, this is definitely it! We're planning our next trip already!!

The area is relatively quiet and within easy walking/driving distance to all amenities. There's a small pool offering additional opportunities to relax and cool off from the hot FL sun. The condo itself was clean and tastefully decorated. It has all the necessary equipment needed for a short or long-term stay. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Beach towels and chairs (2) are provided. Would definitely recommend to friends and plan on renting this unit again in the future.

I booked the September trip in February, based on reviews and photos. It didn’t disappoint. Everything was as described, and everything we hoped it would be for us - quiet, relaxing, convenient, stunning views and sunsets, etc. ♥️ (Pretty much the one negative - tiny ants appeared late in the week. We sprayed, using a can of bug spray left behind by either management or previous renters.) We would rent this unit again!

The condo and location were perfect. Allowing us to walk to restaurants if needed, and was directly on the beach. The minimal units were perfect, not having to deal with large crowds. The check in process was easy enough, being that the management is across the street. There are keys, no keypad, so you have to keep up with them during the beach and outing process. The amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags) are slim, so you might need to stock up during your stay. The only small issue was the master bedroom window was leaking, and heard only that they would send someone out, with no time or date. The overall experience was nice, and would recommend.

An incredible view from the balcony, undercover parking, fully equipped kitchen that was full of everything you could want and huge comfortable beds. Furnished with a light tropical theme, but only downside were the sofas which were not very comfortable. Would certianly stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

There may be fancier condos out there, but few are right on the beach with your own trail through the sea oats to get there in a few steps. The building is comprised of only 4 units, so it is always quiet and has plenty of covered parking. The beach view is front and center from the living room balcony, and there is also a view of the water from each bedroom. The pool is tiny, but just enough to cool off in, if you didn't already do that in the beautiful gulf. Wonderful restaurants are just minutes away. Property management is close-by and helpful.

This building is located right across from the beach. The unit is bright and sunny. The management company is right across the street. The only wishes I have for the owners is to install a digital key lock and provide some dishwashing soap and more hand soap.

5. Groceries - I ordered delivery thru Publix IBR and delivered in a timely manner - no issues
6. Beaches - are great and public beach access is next door and makes it easy to take a cart to the beach. We left our cart in the parking area the whole week with no problems.
7. Pool - is small but never had a problem with too many people in the pool. Beach is so easy to use no one used the pool. Pool deck is clean and chairs are fine
8. Rental Service - was nice and hassle free. Very easy to work with.
9. Cleanliness - Room was clean and spacious
10. Kitchen - Great appliances for the beach - nice big refrigerator and nice dishwasher. Cabinet space was limited because of too many extras - I will talk about in negative.
